What do you see? What would Jesus See?
Is it the stick in your neighbours’ eyes?
Hmmm! the log in yours, Jesus points you to see
You see the adulteress but not nakedness before all eyes?
Under the rubbles of sin, will you like Jesus lift her out clean?
Again friend, what do you see?
Do you see the rules as an excuse for not acting well?
Grace and Truth are here to lead away from hell,
So, Why not see the intentions behind the instructions?
Intentions liberates men, instruction builds limitations!
Now, Please I need an answer: What do you see?
To the glory of God, now you have your sight back;
But do you still see men as trees?
With the eyes of faith, like the syro-phonecian woman, see
What is truly yours and overcome your lack!
About the suffering all around, what do you see?
In what situation do you see Lazarus as a dead man?
He slept that by faith, Glory will come to God!
Why condemn as a sinner, a blameless father or a blind man?
Judge not & live not by sight but faith to see the glory of God!
Jesus followed God, never depended on senses:
In a moment, Peter was the mouthpiece of God,
In the next, He was pleading against the will of God;
Today, I will die with you; Tomorrow, He wept for betrayal,
Yet, through his ups and downs, Jesus never stopped prayer!
Do you see Leadership as Kingship?
Then, you can’t wash the feet of your sheep;
Though, Christ being God left the streets of gold,
The bruised reed he didn’t break as on clay, he trod,
Yet the yoke of the enemy he broke.
Lift your eyes and see:
The glory set before you,
Which when all eyes shall see,
Will magnify God for his love for you,
Though bitter may be the cup you’ll drink.
