Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our Provider

Gen 22:14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Will See; so that it is said until this day, In the mount of Jehovah it will be seen.

Is all you see scarcity?
You’ve got to tune to
 the source of all things,
Give him your life
& He’ll give you His!
His life is that
of exceeding great abundance!

The world cries of recession,
But to his sons,
abundance is in progression,
What is it that I lack?
Nothing!
Not even an armor for my back!

For all His creation God provides,
But how rich is Heaven’s treasure bank?
Available are His resources for every son that ask,
Obedience, fruitfulness are faith are needed to cash.

The whole world is in the Hollow of his hands,
How great will you be
 if His finger directs His provision at you?
Do you have his vision?
His provision and supervision towards you abounds!
Faithfulness and generosity is Jireh’s lifestyle.

Have you learnt the life of the Giver?
Givers never lack, beggars always ask!
Have you walked with the Giver?
Then, He has made you a giver. Live on in abundance.

El Hai - The Living God

In schools,  we are taught that God is dead... But that's far from the truth.  Interactions with Him show again and again that He is not just living but the life giving force.

Psa 42:2 My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?

Will He who destroyed the power of death die?
Will breath cease from He who gives it to all free?
Ignorant of grace, your silence men call death;
Is your “Shaking” the sign of your life on earth?

In You, has life got definition:
without You, it faces termination;
With You, life is a valuable treasure:
without You, it’s full of pressure;
By You, all needs are met;
outside You, men earn a living with their life;
For You, life is an asset to invest:
from You, it’s an object of pleasure.

Answers you give the curious,
direction to the lost;
Sight to the blind,
protection to the haunted,
Repeatedly, Revivals have announced your arrival;
Living God, now we need you more than ever.

Worthy of Worship is He who directs the war ships,
Won’t we follow He who walks and shows us his footsteps?
Reciprocating His Love is our reasonable response,
You live, O Lord, to see your sons attain your status.

Bye for now

I've been to places,
Seen several great faces,
But at every new phase,
We go our different ways.

Maintain God's pace,
Enjoy His grace,
Seek His Face,
We'll meet at the ace.

Growth Maths

As your day increase in arithmetic progression,
Your  exploits will grow in geometric progression,
Your impact will tend to infinity,
And your weaknesses zero in proximity!

Bitter kiss, Sweet bliss

Yesterday We hugged as friends,
But today he kissed as a fiend,
My absence he thought is the end,
Unknown to the wicked,
His action and hatred,
Proclaimed My personality to earth's end.

Bitter kiss leads to sweet bliss,
If The Courageous swallow the venom,
Yet On the cross,  bless
Grave will battlefield be,
Where you'll bruise the serpent,
And resurrect with blessings and bliss.

Its not about your fault

It is not about you when you lose your job
Because the company is undergoing structural changes,
It's not about you when your house is demolished
To achieve the  government's developmental projects
It's not about you when legislation proposes
Another method of getting things done:
Why cry "why me? "
When the whole of creation chorus:
All things work out for your good.

It's not about the man born blind,
Open your eyes and beyond the effect see
There's a cause for every event you see:
To bring glory to God.
In the crucible of tough times,
Reason melts,  faith survives,
Charisma fails,  Character fortified,
Compromise quakes, competence faints
But confidence in God's leading Keeps you

There's a question for the  tough times:
LORD,  what will you have me do,
Yours might be,  be still see God's salvation
To another,  launching into the deep
To yet another, be locked up with the jar and oil
God's word  is the wisdom to survive the wild
The meek listen, arrogant fights for right
The Obedient gets assistance,  disobedient resistance

What will you do in difficult times?
It's not about you
though it's all around you
It is not about your wrong action
It's about your wonderful destination
For there can be no promotion
Without Adequate preparation
Get Up! Seek God's will and obey,
Friend, Why die in Samaria
when food waste in Syrian camp?

Weigh the past, throw it up

Time is the ultimate currency of our existence,
How do you utilize this scarce resource that meet ends,
Has alternative uses and has the speed of light.
If your life will have weight or be light?
As seconds culminates into minutes without waiting for the clock,
You should fill each with glorious thought and stocks.

Dont waste it, Pass it or Spend it but
Redeem all you can and invest all you have:
Youll discover wisdom in time management
Life will earn you its true value.
I'll take hold of my time,
For its flying fast like light
With quality investment, I can achieve great strides,
I'll not weep for lost time.

Advice a wise man, he will get wiser!
With gentleness and meekness,
you are on the journey of endless exploits
Weigh the past its the strength of today
Throw it up; if it falls then be sure:
Holding to the past, no matter how great it is:
Will weigh you down and lead to fall

In Christ you are not under the law of gravity
When men say there is a casting down,
You are saying I stand on the solid ground,
Operating by the law of aerodynamics,
I mount up the wing like eagle and fly

Many are trials, on the part to greatness,
They are opportunities to love and trust God,
Without the bears, lions, David wont call God his shepherd,
Without the pursuit of Saul, he wont call God his shield.
You are a Blessing!
With a dress sense that dazzles,
Wisdom that puzzles
And impact that wont fizzle
You are on a upward move, never look back.

Learning as Christ Did

He knew the importance of the scriptures,
It is the essential difference between men and sculptures;
He took his time to study the scrolls, a form of the bible,
He knew it is the most powerful rifle;
In the battle with the devil,
With the word, He overcame evil;
Have you read your Bible today?
About your situation and purpose, it has something to say!

Do you feel shy to ask questions?
Jesus sat with the leaders in the heart of tensions;
From a tender age, He began to discover,
Through interrogation, what he came to recover;
His questions, who can answer?
Before Him, Human Wisdom was shattered,
By Divine Revelation, Peter could answer,
And all the evil plans for him were scattered.

What do you learn from suffering?
Submission in Obedience or Arrogance in Grumbling;
What do you learn from giving?
Cheerfulness birthing Significance or frugality for poverty;
What has persecution taught you?
If not the fathers’ will, nothing harms you!
What did Jesus learn from temptation?
They are access to greater future and he can overcome!

Will you learn as Jesus did?
Follow the Spirit’s leading,
Don’t hold on to hurts of what people did,
Open your heart to the Lord’s healing;
Do not despise the days of little beginning,
Stone by stone, you, the Lord is building,
Neither grumble nor complain,
Father’s intention will soon become plain.

He listened to the father,
He observed the father;
What the father does, he did;
Where the father led, he went;
He followed in God’s Step,
He entered into God’s Rest;
As a son, Approved of the Father,
He learnt the will of the father

Seeing as Christ Did

What do you see? What would Jesus See?
Is it the stick in your neighbours’ eyes?
Hmmm! the log in yours, Jesus points you to see
You see the adulteress but not nakedness before all eyes?
Under the rubbles of sin, will you like Jesus lift her out clean?

Again friend, what do you see?
Do you see the rules as an excuse for not acting well?
Grace and Truth are here to lead away from hell,
So, Why not see the intentions behind the instructions?
Intentions liberates men, instruction builds limitations!

Now, Please I need an answer: What do you see?
To the glory of God, now you have your sight back;
But do you still see men as trees?
With the eyes of faith, like the syro-phonecian woman, see
What is truly yours and overcome your lack!

About the suffering all around, what do you see?
In what situation do you see Lazarus as a dead man?
He slept that by faith, Glory will come to God!
Why condemn as a sinner, a blameless father or a blind man?
Judge not & live not by sight but faith to see the glory of God!

Jesus followed God, never depended on senses:
In a moment, Peter was the mouthpiece of God,
In the next, He was pleading against the will of God;
Today, I will die with you; Tomorrow, He wept for betrayal,
Yet, through his ups and downs, Jesus never stopped prayer!

Do you see Leadership as Kingship?
Then, you can’t wash the feet of your sheep;
Though, Christ being God left the streets of gold,
The bruised reed he didn’t break as on clay, he trod,
Yet the yoke of the enemy he broke.

Lift your eyes and see:
The glory set before you,
Which when all eyes shall see,
Will magnify God for his love for you,
Though bitter may be the cup you’ll drink.

The Triplets of Lust

Why do you desire others place, assets and relationships?
Do you not know that the best place for you to be is your ship?
His is good, you cry; yours is great you deny:
All you have is all you need to get all that you need to be whole.

To acquire what he desires, Lust made ways to make man lost;
Envy, Jealousy and Covetousness, these are the triplets of Lust,
They are ways that seems right unto men but they end in destruction;
When God says: “You have all things”; Lust says, “Nothing is sufficient: Get into the competition!”

All that Jealousy desires is to stripe others off the warmth of relationship,
Envy, doesn’t care about sustenance but attainment of lofty heights,
Covetousness delights in compounding asset that don’t endure neither can you enjoy,
All that others possess, we assess just for access to make them ours.

Applying “Godliness with contentment” destroys them like a bomb:
 Whoever neglects the triplets sees the narrow way that leads not to the tomb;
Like the Naked Adam, those who follow the Lust way can’t present their works,
In regret they write: Whoever loves money never has Enough!

The Prodigal Son in me

Is my right to choose a curse?
Why is it to all my miseries, the cause?
Why has the lust of my eyes got me lost
And my feeling have made paid great costs?

Attractions of life ravage and blind my soul,
Faraway land from my father I chose to go;
Far from his corrections and tutelage,
‘cos in pride, I think I’m of age.

Who shall save me from this miry pit?
Though distant, help comes from him who on the throne seats,
Why has my soul and body led me this way?
Wait! Where have I kept my spirit all day?

I will arise! My father won’t clench his fist,
He would rather give me a feast;
Daddy, I’m sorry for wandering like a beast:
He spoke: “You are a new man, Live by the Spirit!”

Jehovah Eloheenu: The Lord Our God

Jehovah Eloheenu: The Lord Our God

Psa 99:5  Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; [for] he [is] holy.

The Lord is God, and there is none beside him!
You may disagree, and let us ponder!
The peace He give despite many waters grow stronger,
All his works are beautiful like the flower:
Of Him, does glory, honour and power consist;
Despite our shortcomings, His mercy persist.

Haven’t you heard? Has it not occurred to you?
Our God can’t be learnt by empirical analysis;
Trying to buy Him will lead to paralysis:
Rejecting His existence shows neurosis.

Who is he that doesn’t know I have you as God?
Who is he that runs after gods?
By what can his god prove its existence?
It should have learnt from Dagon and Pharaoh’s snake!
The God I serve not only lives, His people he doesn’t forsake.

Come; let’s enter His presence with praises,
It is He, whose power is displayed in all places,
His Majesty is worshipped by all races,
In his arm, the humble He raises.
